AUDICIJA ZA MEDJUNARODNI PROJEKT
20. i 21. 6. u Zagrebu
Pozivamo vas na audiciju za site-specific predstavu, koja će gostovati u dvadeset evropskih gradova od početka srpnja do kraja listopada 2006.
WILD ANIMUS, Touring Performance Art Project, je koprodukcija Wax
Factory, skupine iz New Yorka, i Too Far, skupine iz San Francisca.
Projekt vodi Ivan Talijancic.
Izvođači moraju biti na raspolaganju pet dana u tjednu u periodu od početka srpnja do kraja listopada 2006. Ukoliko se nece moci obavezati za cijeli period, raditi ce se alternacije za pojedine uloge.
Honorar iznosi 10.000 americkih dolara (500 dolara po gostovanju), te ce
se isplačivati mjesečno, prvi dio početkom srpnja. Producenti pokrivaju
putne troškove, smještaj i dnevnice. Producenti takodjer pokrivaju
troškove smiještaja tijekom proba za odabrane izvođače koji nisu iz
Zagreba.
Svi kandidati trebaju biti na raspolaganju za audiciju u Zagrebu 20. i
21. lipnja, te za SVE probe u Zagrebu od 23. do 30. lipnja.
Izvođači moraju imati smisao za scenski pokret i iskustvo kao plesači i
glumci. Poželjno je znanje engleskog jezika.
Lokacija audicije: Studio TALA, Savska 166/ I. kat, Zagreb (tramvajske
linije 4, 5, 14, 17 – stanica Veslacka)

*Project Description*
WILD ANIMUS, the Touring Performance Art Project, is a co-production of
Wax Factory, a NY based performance company specializing in multimedia
performance, and Too Far, a San Francisco-based arts incubator
experimenting with cross-genre storytelling. The project is directed by
Ivan Talijancic.
The piece will center on three preview songs from the
soon-to-be-released WILD ANIMUS music CD. Performers, with speakers sewn
into their costumes, will perform with various vocal and instrumental
“voices” of the music, creating a dynamic live mix employing dance,
movement and physical theatre techniques.
The theme is predator/prey, and performers will assume
half-human/half-animal characters of wolves stalking and ultimately
devouring their prey, the mountain ram. Performances will take place in
public spaces—mainly at music/arts festivals in twenty cities around
Europe.
*Character Breakdown*
Seven Wolves (female only):
- All should be actors with strong movement background or
dancers/excellent movers, ideally with physical theatre training and
experience.
Ransom (male):
- Should also be an actors with strong movement background, dancer,
excellent mover, ideally with physical theatre training and experience.
- Should be extremely agile and capable of leaping and climbing.

Must be available for all rehearsals in Zagreb from JUNE 23 – 30
Knowledge of English desired.
