Ima jedan interface koji se zove 10.1.1.1/24 i neka mreza koja oce sve to nekako sumarizirati tako da ispadne 10.2.0.0/16 ili 10.1.0.0/16...
E, sad postoje neke skracenice koje se zovu:
CIDR i VSLM
Ne ulazeci u detalje sumirati se rucno mogu samo: RIPv2 , EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS i to zato jer su classless protokoli. RIPv1 i IGRP su jako pametni pa to sve automatski sumariziraju na "classful network boundary".
Kako se radi sumarizacija mreznih putova za razne “Routing” protokole:
