Angelo Manuel Cintron and David Sheridan Areford were married on Friday at City Hall in Cambridge, Mass. E. Denise Simmons, a justice of the peace, officiated.
Mr. Cintron (above, left) is 49. He works in Boston for the management services unit of Pitney Bowes, the postage meter company, working off-site as a supervisor of a client's supply department. He graduated from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Areford, 41, is an assistant professor of art history at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He graduated cum laude from Longwood College in Farmville, Va. He received a master's degree from Florida State University and a doctorate from Northwestern University, both in art history.
