First of all, whole Ubuntu community totaly rocks! You guys and girls are amazing! How much work can be done in one, single, day... It blows your mind!
It started on monday. Acctually, it started few days earlier with sirethart reveling his REVU system! I was, I am, I will be forewer amazed with that tool you created. It was on the right place, in the right time and with right tools. Python! Totally Ubuntu way! And then monday. Bunch of hackers diging on packages of other hackers, finding gaps and errors. With three MOTUs requierd to sign packages, you can guarantee best quality there is. Specially if reviewers are dholbach (I will not forget you that dpatch/cdbs comment :), ogra and sh. We did a lot reviewing. I was busy whole day seting up my pbuilder, so I didn't manage to do much :( I promise, next time I'll do better!
Then Tue, the 18., and "bliz" reschedule of TechnicalBoard meeting. From 22:00 to 17:00. Unforgiven joined the group! We are getting bigger every day. I was kind of hoping REVU will get it's dedicated server, but I guess linode will do the job. Hey, if needed, I can setup server on 1GB link in just few hours (no, Hurd isn't an option :)!
Ah, today. The bug hunt. First one. I guess we did good for first bugsquish party. As for my part, again, I didn't do much, only one fix and few confirmations. Hopefuly, next time I'll do better. I proposed way to resolv ntp problems over ip-up.d scripts, but that is still in the air. I really think it's much better then timeouting on boot.
Ah, yes, my signed Code of Conduct finally got to mako! Now I just have to contact elmo to whitelist my email and I'll be full privileged MOTU member :)
