Lucarelli goal earns Italy draw with Serbia

TORONTO, June 8 (Reuters) - A debut goal from striker Cristiano Lucarelli seven minutes from time earned ten-man Italy a 1-1 draw against Serbia and Montenegro in a lively friendly match at the Skydome on Wednesday.

The 'Azzurri' drew level in the 83rd minute when Grosso burst down the left flank and slipped the ball into the patch of Lucarelli who slotted home from close range.

A beaming Lucarelli struggled for words to describe the feeling of scoring on his international debut.
"What can I say? It is what you dream of when you are a boy isn't it?" he said.
