Marihuana i ja
Užasno me uzrujavanju glupe i neprovjerene spike o marihuani kao drogi koja nužno vodi ka ovisnosti o teškim drogama, uglavnom heroinu.
Evo moj primjer... Iz upotrebe sam izbacio alkoholna pića i počeo konzumirati marihuanu. Od tog trenutka sve mi se promijenilo (naravno na bolje).
Kod konzumacije alkohola čovjeku treba mnogo novaca, šansa je velika da se ubije u autu, ljudi su agresivni, maltretiraju svoju obitelj, slabo im je, drugo jutro imaju mamurluk etc.
Svega toga nema kod marihuane.
Od kad konzumiran marihuanu odlično se osjećam nakon napornog posla, nemam nikakvih problema s amnezijom ili mamurlukom, poboljšan mi je sexualni život...
Nema ljepšeg nego s prijateljima gledat nešto cool na TV ili slušati dobru mjuzu (kao npr. Buddha Bar, Cafe del Mar...), pijuckat vruću čokoladu i pripalit joint.
Nikada nisam imao potrebe probati bilo koju drogu!!!
Rastafarijanci i marihuana
Ganja, marihuana, trava, kanabis; sve su to nazivi za opojno sredstvo dobiveno od ženskih listova Indijske konoplje. Rastafarijanci ju također nazivaju '' Svetom biljkom ''. Legenda kaže da je biljka nađena na grobu kralja Solomona. Uporaba biljke vuče svoje izvore i iz Biblije; '' On je stvorio travu za potrebe životinja, a biljku za potrebe čovjeka ( Psalmi 104 : 14 ). Jedite svaku biljku zemlje (Exodus 10 : 12 ). ''
Ganja nije specifična samo za rasta pokret, kao religijski pojam, ona se i prije već među jamajčanskim narodom koristila u medicinske svrhe, kao dio kuhinje, za izradu odjeće, čajeve…
Ganja se koristi u ceremonijalne svrhe, jer njena opojnost mijenja pogled svijesti, pruža nadahnuće iznutra, služi kao sredstvo meditacije. Ona ima širok raspon upotrebe; koristi se u medicini njene sjemenke se koriste u prehrambene svrhe, od njih se može dobiti i ulje, također se koristi za dobivanje papira, sapuna, užadi, odjeće, boje…
Njeno korištenje je uvijek bilo kontroverzno zbog njene ilegalnosti. Zapravo je tako i počela njena konzumacija među rastama. Naime, ona je već i prije osnutka pokreta bila proglašena ilegalnom, a njena konzumacija zabranjena, te su rastafari njenom konzumacijom htjeli napakostiti vlastima, te se tako njena uporaba sve više popularizirala i proširila.

Mali riječnik marihuane i hašiša:
ACAPULCO GOLD takozvani manikirani tip maruhuane iz Meksika. To je očišćeni proizvod, odstranjene su peteljke, sjeme i drvenasti dio biljke.
AFGANISTANAC smeđi do crni hašiš iz Afganistana, pločice su težine cca 200 grama.
CANNABIS indijska konoplja, temeljni proizvod je marihuana.
CANNABIS SMOLA smola indijske konoplje, takozvani hašiš, cca deset puta jači od marihuane.
CANNABIS ULJE ulje od indijske konoplje, najjači proizvod u kojem koncentracija THC iznosi i do 60%.
HAŠIŠ (haš, šit, govno) uglavnom je samo mehanički izdvojena smola konoplje i oko deset puta je jači, no to zavisi od kvalitete.
HAVAJSKA MARIHUANA kvalitetna marihuana s Havaja, nešto jačeg djelovanja.
HAŠIŠOVO ULJE (bhanga) najjači je proizvod od cannabisa, 3 do 4 puta jači od hašiša. Kod nas je vrlo rijetko u upotrebi i teško ga je nabaviti. Počela ga je prozvoditi američka vjerska sekta "Bratstvo vječne ljubavi" tek oko 1970. godine.
MARIHUANA je zelena, siva, smeđa ili tamnosmeđa mješavina osušenih i usitnjenih cvjetova i listova, bogatih opojnom smolom, većinom ženske biljke u cvatu ili poslije cvjetanja. Kod nas je uobičajena zelena (made in Croatia!). Puši se kao joint i u luli.
SKUNK konoplja uzgojena u zatvorenom prostoru pod halogenim svjetiljkama. Naraste znatno niža (cca pola metra), ali ima jače djelovanje.
SPACE CAKE, kolač s marihuanom. Smrvljena trava dodana je u margarin i pečena. Kolač ima poseban okus.

CHRONIC
The hip-hop term for high-quality or potent reefer.
COCKTAIL
A joint of tobacco and marijuana combined.

The most common type of grass on the black market.
DOOBIE
A 1960s and '70s term for joint; the word originated on the baby-boomer kiddy show Romper Room, where the good children were called "good Do-Bes."

Smoking mixture that regionally varies, generally based primarily on resin from substandard Middle Eastern or Indian marijuana.
HEMP
Cannabis stalks and stems, especially those used to make rope, fabrics, etc.
HERB
Jamaican term for marijuana with Biblical connotations; Rastafarian sacrament.
HOOKAH
A hashish waterpipe with four long stems to accommodate four smokers at once; ref. the Caterpillar in Alice In Wonderland.

Circa the 1940s and '50s, a term for a roach-holder fashioned from a matchbook cover.
JIVE
1930s and '40s slang for marijuana and marijuana-influenced popular music.

1960s term for a joint, referring either to LBJ or the membrum virile.

A marijuana cigarette.
KIEF/KIF/KAFF/KHAYF
Golden pollen hash from Morocco, Lebanon and other Arab/Middle Eastern nations. It is said that "A puff of kif in the morning makes a man as strong as 1,000 camels in the courtyard."
LAMBSBREAD
Large Jamaican buds which can be sliced like a loaf of bread and are shaped like a lamb's tail.
LEFTY
Slang used to refer to marijuana cigarette.
MARIJUANA
The smokable flowers and leaves of the female cannabis plant.
MARYJANE/M.J.
The female cannabis plant. Male plants have almost no active tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
MEZZ
Marijuana; from Mezz Mezzrow, the legendary jazzman and Harlem pot-dealer who turned on Louis Armstrong and other jazz greats during the 1930s.
MUGGLES
1930s and '40s slang for pot.
NEDERWIET
Indoor grown Dutch weed, world famous for its potency.
NICKEL BAG
Five dollars worth of pot, or any other street intoxicant.
OIL
The purified and concentrated resin from hashish or marijuana.

1930s hipsters who frequented tea pads and smoked jive; onomatopoeic from ssssssssst, the sound made by an inhaling pot-smoker.
WEED
Pot, weed, smoke, herb, etc.
ZONKED
Very stoned, spaced-out, wasted, ripped, destroyed, wrecked, intoxicated all to Hell and gone.
ZIG-ZAG
A brand of rolling papers famous for the silhouette of a bearded smoker on the label.
