You don't stop laughing because you grow old. You grow old because you stop laughing.
I said to myself, I have things in my head that are not like what anyone has taught me - shapes and ideas so near to me - so natural to my way of being and thinking that it hasn't occurred to me to put them down. I decided to start anew, to strip away what I had been taught.
Like anyone else, there are days I feel beautiful and days I don't, and when I don't, I do something about it.
I'm moving, but don't worry! Someone once told me we're all on the same planet, so I'll be okay!
I shouted, and earned a hard thump on my head for my trouble.
Intimacy is being seen and known as the person you truly are.
Better by far you should forget and smile than you should remember and be sad.
