smatrat ćete ovo dosadnim postom ... :)

Neću puno pisati, jer moram ići učiti fiziku. Jednostavno imam potrebu da nešto napišem ... :)
Prije svega : “Hmmmm” saznala sam ono što mi je onaj netko tajio ;) ... uljepšalo mi je dan ... ;) ... ali sada mi taji još nešto :( ... jednostavno me voli mučiti ... :D :D

Tila sam pisati nešto i počela sam pisati, ali sam izgubila inspiraciju ... :( ... pa sam tako sve to izbrisala i eto vam sad ovaj dosadan post ... :)
Ali ne brinite napisat ću vam to što sam tila pisati u nekom drugom postu ...

Sitila sam se sad da sam rekla da ću pisati nešto o mlijeku, što sadrži i zašto je štetno pa ću vam sad ukratko napisati nešto o tome ...

KRAVLJE MLIJEKO

Mnogo ljudi je u zabludi što se tiče mlijeka, jer misle da kalcij mogu dobiti samo iz mlijeka,a to nije istina. I još nešto, mnogo ljudi misli da djeca i trudnice jednostavno MORAJU piti mlijeko i jesti meso. To definitivno nije istina. Istraživanja pokazuju da su trudnice i djeca koja ne piju mlijeko mnogo zdravija.

Za kalcij trudnice trebaju jesti mnogo zelenolisnog povrća, kao što su brokule i kelj. Kalcij iz većine zelenog povrća lakše se absorbira nego onaj iz kravljeg mlijeka. Još jedan razlog za izbjegavanje kravljeg mlijeka je taj što proteini iz njega mogu proći kroz placentu i čak doći do ženinoga mlijeka, potičući proizvodnju antitijela koja vode prema šećernoj bolesti. Ostala biljna hrana bogata kalcijem uključuje sojino mlijeko, smokve, sjemenke sezama, tahini i voćne sokove obogaćene kalcijem.

Mnoga djeca su alergična na mliječne proteine i druge sastojke kravljeg mlijeka. Simptomi koji se pritom javljaju često se pripisuju prehladi ili kolikama, a često ukazuju netoleranciju na laktozu. Pedijatri često otkrivaju kako su mliječni proizvodi u dječjoj prehrani jedni od uzročnika kroničnih bolesti uha.
Konzumiranje mlijeka je također zabilježeno kao uzročnik astme i intestinalnog krvarenja te se sumnja da potiče dijabetes kod djece, koji uzrokuje sljepoću i druge ozbiljne posljedice. Tijela neke djece odbijaju mliječne proteine kao nepoznate tvari i proizvode dosta antitijela za obranu od toga “napadača”.
Nažalost, ta antitijela također uništavaju stanice koje proizvode inzulin u gušterači, što vodi do dijabetesa.
Djeca mogu dobivati sav kalcij koji trebaju od povrća kao što su brokule, korabe, kelj, grašak, grah, sušene smokve, kukuruzni kruh, tofu, sojino mlijeko i sok od naranče – bez rizika od razvijanja opasnih zdravstvenih problema koji bi mogli ostaviti doživotne posljedice.

Uh, malo sam pretjerala, ali eto ... nadam se da će sada netko početi drukčije razmišljati ... :)
