Heat Wave
France is getting a little July warning with very high temps signaling a problematic summer for the indebted country. The Health Minestry set the alert at Stage III, which is the highest alert for heat waves. The President did not issue a “Heat Wave” yet but was watching temperatures rise and wondering if they might stop.But France is not the only place getting a heat wave.
