4. DON'T have too many links on one page...
This one is critical. New affiliate marketers tend to think ' this affiliate stuff is great I'll put up 100 affiliate links on my page, then one of them will have to get clicked'. It doesn't work! I'll never forget the example the great internet marketer John Reese gave when he said its like saying "Hey would you like to buy this pen... it's a great pen and it will double your productivity instantly... it feels great in your hand and you can interchang.
