will be happy to assist you.
The bank transfer was still pending because there is no Bank Transfer
available in Croatia. Your bank account is for Bank Wires only. The Bank
Transfer has been canceled, you will need to create a bank wire.
BANK WIRE WITHDRAWAL
(available only to countries that do not have banking in their countries):
For Bank Wire Withdrawal you will need to first add a bank account to your
profile. Please follow these steps:
1. Log into your AlertPay account
2. Click My Profile
3. Click Set Up Bank Account
4. Click the Add Bank Account.
5. Select the country your bank account is located in.
6. Enter all requested information regarding your bank account.
When a client registers his bank wire account we require:
1. The account number
And at least ONE of the following;
1. Swift Code
2. Branch Code
3. Bank Code
If you enter the information wrong, the withdrawal will bounce back. We will
be charged the fees, and therefore the fees will be deducted from your
account.
When the bank is confirmed, you will be able to withdraw your funds by
selecting Withdraw Funds and then selecting Bank Wire and follow the
instructions.
AlertPay members must be account verified in order to be eligible for this
service.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $40 USD; and the transaction fee is USD $20
(Euro 12/CAD $20/GBP 10). It will take up to 3 days for the transaction to be
completed.

Evo to vam je to, odgovorili su mi na support ticket nakon par dana.
Očito izgleda mi možemo samo primati sa bank wire u Hrvatskoj šta se baš i ne isplati jer je fee 20$ a to je puno, barem meni.
Tako da ostaju nam čekovi za sad.
