Awakening the feminine
My work do not encompass only pure oriental dance.
It is deep transformational journey, helping women to overcome fears from returning to feminine nature, healthy sensuality, to ecstatic dimensions of life, personal strength and capacity to feel, heal, create, to mould the future of heart, common language and celebrating life.
Journey into the depths of one's own self is followed by metamorphosis and a new birth.
I attend to the needs of the group and of each woman, guiding them to:
releasing the old patterns and ties that do not serve them anymore,
remembering their true nature, the forgotten parts of themselves,
awakening the Instinctive Woman inside, which is creative wisdom (without her we do not hear the song of our soul and do not know our own rhythms, without her we are quiet although a volcano burns inside us; ashamed of longing to be wild we are hiding our feelings under our long hair.) My seminars include different methods:
dance (oriental, expressive, trance dance),
meditations and creative visualization,
vocalizations,
drawing and color therapy,
sculpturing with clay,
breathing and relaxation techniques,
gong baths,
exploration of feelings, beliefs, hopes, desires …,
massages and touch,
story telling,
ancient rituals with drumming, rattling, singing …,
night work around the fire,
exercises in pairs and group work in water … Rebirth of the intimate relation with our own body: all that we have ever experienced is stored in the cells of our body. We carry inside our cells also the heritage of our ancestors.
The body is calling for illumination with our consciousness.
A lot of the garbage waits to be cleaned away and many treasures are waiting to be revealed.
I like to guide women to the experience of visiting their own womb, felopian tubes, ovaries. Many are shocked when they find there their ex-lovers, parents, traumatic events, deep wounds. Such storages are a foundation for development of serious diseases.
