Hladni krastavac
Vrijeme pripreme: 15 min.
Sastojci:
Veliki sviježi krastavac, pašteta
Priprema:
Uzmite malo veći sviježi krastavac i odrežite mu krajeve. Izdubite nožem sredinu tako da vam ipak ostane malo krastavca iznutra. Napunite ga paštetom po izboru i stavite u hladnjak.
Nakon što se dovoljno ohladi izržite krastavac na malo deblje kloutiće i posluzite.
Tako jednostavno ste dobili odlicno predjelo ili prilog.
