Fast Taker je prica o veseloj i neobuzdanoj Manowar-ovoj mladosti. Pjesma ja prava hard rock/heavy metal stvar. Manowar spominje majku kojoj je uvijek zadavao nevolje kao mladi, jer je oduvijek bio divlje naravi. Ova pjesma sadrzi mnoge metaforicke poredbe, i ne nalaze se u noj nikakav svijet magica i fantasy-a za razliku od mnogih. Iz pjesme se ocituje utjecaj ranih Sabbatha i Maidena. Prisjeca se Manowar mnogih stvari kao mladi outcast. Sebe naziva fast taker-om (nesto kao „brzi kradljivac“ jer nikad nista ne cega nego kad je sansa uvijek ju zgrabi, sto moze biti jedna vrlo poucna lekcija, jer zivot ne mazi.) Govori se da njemu ne smeta sto drugi govore njegovom ocu da se pomole za njega i njegovu neobuzdanu narav. Manowar-a u to vrijeme mladosti i ludosti nije za nista briga i zivi svojim ludim odmetnickim zivotom u kojem uziva. On kaze da je zivot za njega igra koju igra („Right here's where I'm staying Life's a game I play“), te on mnoge stvari koje mnogi tesko prozivljavaju ni ne gleda, jednostavno se na nista ne obazire. Saznaje se iz pjesme da Manowar prica o svom 16-godisnjem odraslom svjetonazoru. (Slicno kao Iron Maiden-ov hit Running Free – „Just sixteen, a pickup truck, out of money, out of love..“) Manowa je vec tada sebe smatrao kao dovoljno odvaznim i smjelim za uzbudljivi put oko svijeta („Old enough For a trip around the world“). Osim sto govori o moci glazbe za koju se bori, takoder pjeva i o prvim provodima sa zenskim rodom. U ponovljenim stihovima Manowar drugi puta izrazava da je zivot igra koju igra i za mir.
