Evo ljudi nesto sto je napokon razbilo glazbenu monotoniju na osijeckoj sceni napokon neka faca da dode i u OSIJEK a ne u neke vece gradove pa evo sta se dogadalo na koncertu:
No, počnimo redom... Otvaranje večeri pripala je zagrebačkoj skupini Dragonfly čijem se nastupu u jednom trenutku pridružio Adolf Dado Topić i koja je zajedno s njim otprašila nekoliko Timeovih evergreena. Njihov je šou trajao vrlo kratko, kojih dvadesetak minuta, nakon čega je publika bila i više nego zagrijana za junaka večeri.
Dobrih četrdeset minuta strepnje i žudnje koja je uslijedila potom dovela je ionako već užarenu atmosferu osječke sportske dvorane do brutalne ekstaze, a klimaks je dosegao svoj maksimum kad se pojavio mr. Adams glavom i bez brade.
Svima oduvijek simpatičan, a mnogima i neodoljiv, ovaj je Kanađanin već godinama na samom vrhu liste svjetskih pop rock izvođača. Poznat prije svega po senzualnim i romantičnim pjesmama o ljubavi, Bryan je jučer osvojio srca svih prisutnih, od trinaestogodišnjaka sve do onih njegove generacije, ali i nešto starijih.
Koncert je pomalo očekivano otvoren pjesmom "Room Service" s istoimenog posljednjeg albuma ovog glazbenika, nakon čega se nizao blok rock hitova, od "Somebody" preko "Open Road" do "18 Till I Die" na koju je publika i imala najbolju reakciju, skakući na svaki takt i pjevajući svaki stih.
Nakon navedenih, Bryan se sa svima dogovorio da ćemo zajedno napraviti nezaboravnu noć ("Let's Make A Night To Remember") nakon čega više nismo mogli zaustaviti započeto ("Can't Stop This Thing We Started") pa čak ni uz "Back To You" i "I Think About You".
Legendarnom "Summer Of 69" došlo je vrijeme za promjenu tempa i prelazak na romantiku sa naravno svima znanim hitovima "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman" i "Everything I Do, I Do It For You". A u ovaj su se blok, uz ostale, nekako ubacile i neizostavna "When You're Gone" koju je Bryan otpjevao u društvu jedne obožavateljice iz Dubrovnika, te prekrasna "Heaven".
Finalni dio večeri započeo je prvim bisom koji je sadržavao pomalo popasti, međutim veliki Bryanov hit "Cloud Number 9", kao i soft rock orijentirani šećer "Run To You". A gromoglasan pljesak i skandiranje publike na njegovom kraju doveli su do još jednog produžetka (i to od čak četiri pjesme!), no ovaj se put na stage vratio samo Bryan.
Kao što je sam rekao, ovaj je dio koncerta bio namijenjen samo njemu i publici, te se tako uz zajedničko pjevanje "All For Love" u vrlo intimnoj atmosferi i završio.
I, što reći za kraj? Bryan Adams hrvatskoj je publici još jednom dokazao da je vrhunski glazbenik ali i šoumen koji tijekom čitavog dvosatnog nastupa može održati atmosferu na samom vrhuncu.
Pohvale naravno zaslužuje i njegov prateći bend (pogotovo gitarist), međutim ipak je ovaj simpatični vegan 'hero of the day'. Gradu Osijeku svaka čast što je uspio prigrabiti ovu zvijezdu i nadajmo se da će imati još puno ovakvih sjajnih gostovanja.
