We practice a sustainable practice that is founded on the healing plants found in our bioregion. To learn, we are a firm believer in learning through hands-on experience. We use dried herbs and herbal preparations. We take herbalism as a holistic approach. We recognize that exercise, nutrition as well as stress management, among other holistic practices can help us achieve our highest level of health. Course Roots of Herbalism

The immersive intro to herbalism Roots of Herbalism, is for both lay and experienced people. This is a fantastic course for those wishing to get a complete overview of herbalism. It equips students with the necessary knowledge, tools, and experience to further their quest for the natural, radiant health they deserve. It's an engaging home study program featuring a full-length DVD, course book with herbal content, regular live q&a sessions that are conducted with our instructors, as well as an extensive library of digital tools. Family Herbalist program

Roots of Herbalism serves as the basis for the Family Herbalist course. The course is thirty modules long , and helps students to take care of the health issues they confront as caregivers for their families. The Community Herbalist program focuses on smaller groups of students to practice and research. Through cultivation, consultation, education, preparations and learning, students discover their own niche within the industry of herbs. Students meet with professional herbalists to study the intricacies of their field and discover what their true passion is and the way to follow. The Community Herbalist Program allows students to incorporate their knowledge of herbalism in a professional setting. Students are awarded an official certificate of successful completion.

Our Mentorship Program for Community Herbalists is open to graduates seeking additional clinical and professional assistance. The program is structured as a mentor-only single-student apprenticeship that is tailored to the educational goals of every student. This program is self-paced, and is based in practical experience. It also includes cultivation and preparation experience, teaching hours, and written assignments that are published.
