Microwave Lemon Curd (via AllRecipes.com) 200g white sugar 3 whole eggs + 2 yolks 235ml fresh lemon juice 3 lemons (zested) 115g unsalted butter (melted) In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until smooth. I need some help okey.. we have a very serious storage-issue. The issue being we don't have enough of it. So yesterday we put up this shelf next to the refrigirator. In time we want to replace the white shelf with a wooden one matching the higher shelves. The coffee machiene is going to "live" on the shelf but my dilemma is what else to put on there. I was thinking to put a small tray with coffe accesoires like spoons, the coffee and sugar next to the coffeemaker but what else?? I don't want to make it too clutterd but like this it is to empty.
