7. DIL

Axl Rose nije imao milosti prema članovima benda koji nisu bili sposobni odraditi svoj dio posla. Bubnjar Steven Adler bio je toliko drogiran da nije mogao ravno držati glavu dok je svirao. Kad je shvatio da mu viš nije od koristi, Rose ga je ocrnio u javnosti i izbacio iz benda. "Žao mi ga je jer ima problema, no sam si je to napravio i nije me briga što će se dogoditi s njim. Vodili smo ga na lječenje, prijetili njegovim dilerima i pomogli mu kad si je prerezao žile. Sve sam učinio za njega, a on mi je zabio nož u leđa."

Sljedeći član benda kojeg je Axl Rose protjerao bio je Izzy Stradlin koji također nije ispunio visoka Roseova očekivanja. Stradlin je navodno bio lijen nije se potpuno posvetio bendu, nije se čak ni družio s drugim članovima, i zbog toga je bio uljez. Axl Rose je tvrdio da je Stradlin neodgovoran i nedovoljno predan njihovu projektu, te da je samo njemu stalo do Guns N' Rosesa. Stradlina je zamijenio Gilby Clarke.
