Rižot od crnog vina/Red wine risotto

Dragi Naši,
Ovako je izgleda naš balkon na staru godinu. Kako možete vidit ni se oskudijevalo u ničemu za spektakularni rokenrol tulum za 50-tak ljudi.

This is the view on our balcony on New Year’s Eve. As you can see there was an abundance of everything. Just perfect for the ultimate rock’n’roll party for fiftyish people

Sve se više manje popilo, ali ostalo je ništo otvorenih boca vina. Bilo nan je ža da to gre na kvasinu, ipak smo štedišni otočani i zato smo parićali rižot od crnega vina.
Prvo smo na malo maslinovega uja i masla šufigali kapulu. Molimo uberite našu ultrastajliš etiketu za uje.

Most of it was gone by today, but there was still some open wine bottles. We didn’t want it to spoil, after all we are a frugal islander, so we made the red wine risotto.
First we stirred some onion on butter and olive oil. Please check the ultrastylish label for our oil.

Onda smo na temu malo šufigali i rizi.

Then we stirred in the rice.

A onda je slijedi spektakl. Malo Gato Negra iz Čilea, malo Cuvéea iz Makedonije. Uspjeh zagarantiran!

It’s showtime: some Gato Negro from Chile, some Cuvée from Macedonia. Success guaranteed!

U sve smo još dodavali i malo juhe

We were adding some stock into it.

I na kraju smo pomišali parmezan koji smo nagratali na gratakazi kupljenoj na zadnjen hodočašću u Grac (klik).

Finally we mixed in Parmigiano cheese. We grated it on the grater bought on our last pilgrimage to Graz. (click)

I na kraju je to ovako izgledala. Boja nekako prljavo roza, okus slatkasto-rižotasti s blagim kiselim aftertejstom. Mljac.

The risotto looked like this. The purple ash colour, the taste was sweet-risotty with the mild sour aftertaste. Yummie.
