COSMOPOLITAN may be accompanied by a little something to eat. Cosmo is a fruity cocktail with some sweetness to which citrus marinated salmon with seasame dip will make a great combination.
VIKINGFJORD COSMO
1 oz Vikingfjord Vodka
? oz Triple sec
...dash lime juice
fill up with cranberry juice
Instructions
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange zest. Hold the zest skin side down over cocktail glass and light a flame with lighter or matches. Pinch the peel by its edges so that its oil squirts through the flame towards surface of the cocktail. A flash should appear as the oil ignites. Drop the zest into the cocktail or put it on the rim of the glass.

CITRUS MARINATED SALMON WITH SESAME DIP
6-8 servings (10 pieces)
350 g skinless, boned salmon (trimmed middle part)
Serve skewers
CITRUS MARINADE
1 orange
1 lemon
2 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp Vikingfjord Vodka Sitrus
1 pinch of sambal oelek
2 tbsp sesame seeds
SESAME DIP
? cup sour cream
? cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sesame oil
salt and pepper
1. Day 1. Freezing the salmon.
2. Day 4. After at least three days in the freezer thaws the fish.
3. Wash the oranges and lemons thoroughly. Grate the outer skin of fine grater. Squeeze out the juice out of fruits and mix with the other marinade ingredients.
4. Cut the thawed salmon into 1 inch thick sticks. Put them in a form and beat the mixture of citrus. Make sure that the marinade reaches over all sticks. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir together the ingredients for sesame dip. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Turn around the salmon fillets in the marinade and thread them on skewers servings. Serve in a glass with a dip in the ground.
It can be sensitive to marinate fresh fish. Always freeze the fish for at least three days before cooking.
