Last time, we presented you with the 10 most frequently asked questions that you may receive from examiners during your thesis examination. We now continue with a list of possible questions and their correct answers.

What obstacles did you encounter during your thesis?

Again, this question may seem simple at first, but it can be tricky. Most of the time, they ask the question not because they sympathise with you for the difficulties you are facing, but to reveal blind spots in your thesis. To answer the question, be careful with your words, so you don't get essay writing service yourself into an argument that you can only come out of badly. Don't mention serious obstacles that might indicate a lack of knowledge, instead mention only minor difficulties.

What are the results of your thesis and research?

Describe here what hypothesis or hypotheses you had before you started your thesis. Use graphs and accurate data throughout the presentation.

Here you should indicate whether you used qualitative or quantitative research and how many people participated in the research. Remember, to get real results, it is not enough to involve your friends or colleagues in your research or in the survey.

How could you summarise your thesis, in a few sentences, for a professional?

It is important that you do not mention things that are obvious to a professional at this point, and do not start listing definitions, as they are probably perfectly clear to the person concerned. Instead, explain the problem statement and why you are curious about it and how you researched it. Use technical terms, but only those that you are fully aware of, so as not to get yourself into an awkward situation.

What would you do differently if you could start your research again?

As with obstacles, you should be very careful with this question. If you go into detail about what you would do differently, you may then ask: why didn't you do it that way? Therefore, it is worth mentioning only the small things, but you might as well say that you would not do anything differently (even if you make some minor or major mistakes)

What measurement method did you use?

In simpler terms, what data collection method did you use in your research? Explain here how your primary (primary) research is based on responses to a questionnaire you have compiled, while your secondary (secondary) research is based on previous studies or books.

Based on your results, what sestions do you have?

Sestions are vital in any research, so do not take them lightly. Make sestions that could really solve the problem at hand.

What are your plans for your research project once you graduate?

This question gives you complete freedom to say what you think you have in mind.
