This is an original 1903 chromolithograph of a villa in Biebrich am Rhein, Germany with the floor plans and elevations (see the second image). Architects: Suter und Burckhardt.
Period Paper has obtained a rare and exceptional collection of original chromolithographs of homes or villas (with some architectural floor plans) of the early 20th century. These highly collectible images were created by Austrian artist, Reinhold V?lkel (1873 - 1938) and printed in 1903 by the German printing firm Verlag von Friedr. Wolfrum. Each chromolithograph is mounted on a study green mounting stock with information on the reverse--architect and house location. These images are commonly reproduced, but the ones we are offering are the original 1903 chromolithographs, not current reproductions, copies, or digital prints. This is a rare opportunity for our customers to own an original 1903 chromolithograph that would look spectacular famed! An excellent gift item for an architect or student of architectural history.

Villa Topla is a ground floor villa of 120 m? total floor area with another 20 m? of terrace space that extends out of the living room.
It has two bedrooms with refined and high quality furniture, each with its own bathroom and digital television.
