Installing A Microwave Hood

Kitchen Yet Again
Again, from the dining room. We're going to take down the range hood and re-install the over-the-range microwave that was originally installed in the house. A Chinese family was the last to own the house, and they installed the hood because of all the food they steam and the spices they use. I, however, prefer more counter space, and thus, my microwave will be there instead.
