This production line consists of Saratoga swrils cutter machinery for the receipt, washing and peeling of raw potatoes, as well as for the slicing, sorting, blanching, frying, cooling and packaging of French fries. In addition, a production line also contains equipment for transportation between operations, water and sewage management, supporting structures, service platforms and the processing of waste.
Certain proportions (adjusted capacity) of pre-cleaned potatoes are transported from a screw feeder to a washer-separator where the potatoes are washed, and stones, minerals and organic impurities are removed. The washed potatoes are then transported by screw conveyor to the preliminary evaporator to soften the peel (using steam) and afterwards, by conveyor, to the brush peeler. Unwanted material is removed from the evaporator by means of the steam expander. The final washing of the potatoes takes place in the bar peeler which partially utilizes already processed water from further processes used in the production of fries, (the blanching and cooling of sliced material), and in its final section - fresh drinking water. more details call us at 0091 - 9703202020

....no I would not want to wash stuff by hand, but I hate being in an apartment where....well never mind...I will not bitch. bright side is...Hubster was able to pull the damn thing apart and fix it and I got a chance to REALLY clean in the laundry. Is it how I wanted to spend midnight till 3 am...no, but it's done. Side note...I get to meet Agent Retro tonight!!! Yippee!!!
