- A device for controlling the passage of fluid through a pipe or duct, esp. an automatic device allowing movement in one direction only

sticky foil bicycle pump
An Egyptian taught me how to pump a tire with the wrong type of pump. Wrap the sticky foil (the one used to cover foodstuffs) around the valve, then push in the valve opener with a little pepple and jam the pepple in the valve so it stays open. Then pump while checking the pressure gauge of the pump. When the pressure is right, take off the pump hose and the pepple should come right out with the valve being close and everything done.
Tribulus terrestris in the tire
The thorn resistant tube actually held for several hours until I started plucking these thorns out, then hsssssss. I'm just going to buy new tires.
