Of all noises, I think music is the least disagreeable.

I stand in awe of my body.
Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once. Lately it doesn't seem to be working.
The man who has nothing to boast of but his illustrious ancestry is like the potato - the best part under ground.
Maybe the most any of us can expect of ourselves isn't perfection but progress.
Life engenders life. Energy creates energy. It is by spending oneself that one becomes rich.
I have come to the conclusion that politics are too serious a matter to be left to the politicians.
As I get older, I've learned to listen to people rather than accuse them of things.
