Diversity Hunt 1a (orange, green, purple paths) I considered doing the five paths of this hunt separately, but that would have resulted in not many different examples of the items from each path in each picture because the clothing would replace clothing, the furniture replace furniture, etc. So I'm skipping around and doing a little of all of the paths bit by bit. It's an interesting hunt concept, but it must be hellish to organize, especially when the problems that often plague hunts arise in every single path. I'm starting the hunt well after it began, so all of those wrinkles seem to have been ironed out. I think some of my favorite gifts in this hunt so far are actually the textures. There are some from Over Cie's and from Basic Elements, which are both on the orange path. The one I'm using for the platform is from the latter. I'm not really a coffin person, but the one from Tuh Leah is pretty nice looking (purple path). The most original items are the drama dolls (from Drama Dolls -- heh -- orange path), which I guess are gift dolls you're supposed to give to people as gifts. They come with instructions but not with any real explanations. If you're new to viewing this series of pics, here's what it's all about: I'm a hunt addict, and when I unpack, I do approximately 20 at a time to see what kind of random combinations of gifts end up together. Items I unpack later replace items I unpack earlier, both on my body (as much as can fit) and on the ground (up to 50 prims rezzed at once). And I can't help throwing in some commentary. Diversity Hunt 1b (blue, red paths) So the big fail of the hunt so far is that the tails from Pawsitively Fabulous, though attractive enough, attach to the right hand by default, appear on your pelvis when you attach it to the stomach, and are very irritating to adjust. This goes for all four of them -- two in the red gift and two in the blue. At least one of the women's tails isn't even set on the regular axes, so that rotating it in one direction at a time is not an intuitive practice. Less frustrating to manage and certainly the cutest are the two gifts from Federschneider: the hat and necktie shown here. The blue gift from BeReal actually includes both male and female gifts, both of which are pretty nice, too, though I'm not sure if most people doing the blue path will be interested in the "Tokyo Barbie set."
