I'm going to stay in show business until I'm the last one left.

I have a simple philosophy. Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. And scratch where it itches.
We cannot destroy kindred: Our chains stretch a little sometimes, but they never break.
So quick and so fiercely I barely had time to gasp before it was locked on me.
The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials.
Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
What makes the engine go? Desire, desire, desire.
Money frees you from doing things you dislike. Since I dislike doing nearly everything, money is handy.
