My whife Susan is watching our two smallest kids, jumpimg on the trampoline.
The new Pentax O-GPS1 works like a dream. No fiddeling with data files and time adjustments in the computer after the shoting. The images are geotagged correctly in the camera (XMP data) the second they are taken. Brilliant, isn't it ?!
The tagging format even performs great in Fotostation - my favorite software for sorting images. No of my other three GPS-units (JOBO, Columbus, I-gotU) has managed to accomplish this. If I just click on the small globe in the lower left corner of the image in the Fotostation viewer - the software will simply open Google map. Just one more click will make Google Maps return a map with the correct photo location marked. Brilliant!
My troubled days of geotagging images are finally history.
