These are the items that we've collected to potentially include in a "Find It Bottle" that our family is giving as a Christmas gift. A Find It Bottle is a sand-filled bottle with items to find by shaking it around. We could just list the items plainly on the attached list, but we thought it would be more fun to come up with crossword-style clues instead. For example, a clue for the match might be: "Made in heaven?" We need help coming up with these clues. Please put your ideas in the comments! Gun 47. Frog: Sometimes found in your throat good times past Just beyond Facinas on the road to the dam stands a huge abandoned army barracks. For a long time a rusty tank sat in splendour in the fields where cows now graze, but now it is gone. The buildings are fenced off and a sign forbids entry on pain of having bits of you blown off, but the cows can't read, and their owner has presumably found a way through the fence. Or perhaps they are official army cows. The buildings are in that state of disrepair that causes estate agents to reach for their thesaurus. "Opportunity for renovation." "Great prospect for investment." In other words, they are on the point of collapsing under their own weight, and bits of some have already done so. I think the army and its tank might have helped, because many are stony versions of lace doilies, pierced through and through with gaping holes. It must be fun to blow holes in abandoned buildings with a great big tank cannon. This shot was taken, timidly, from outside the compound, looking over the shoulder of the gate masonry, into a forgotten corner of a world now gone.
