Organza Flower Tutorial

I purchased some peat pots then cut a piece of wire. Poke the wire into the peat pot (be careful as these are very fragile and tear easily) about 1/2 inch from the top. Bend the wire over so it doesn't fall back through the hole. I stuck in some moss and then made the organza flower pin from this tutorial. Reese and I were both featured on Sew Mama Sew which highlighted several flower tutorials. My Frayed Flower tutorial was featured along with her's so you could also use my tutorial and make a smaller version for these little baskets!

A felt,tulle and organza ribbon corsage I made for my mother for her sixtieth birthday two weeks ago. I used a tutorial for paper roses and applied it to felt, freehand cut the leaves and then added the frou frou after sewing all the roses to a stuffed felt base with an elastic wrist band.
