Infant car seat rear facing : Baby seat for car : Affordable baby car seats. Infant Car Seat Rear Facing
Seven months Mary Ellen doesn't seem to be getting much longer, but I can assure you she is. She's 27" long now, which means she's grown eight inches in the last seven months! She's so big now that she's almost outgrown her infant car seat and can be moved into a regular rear-facing at any time. Size-wise, she is now definitely into a 6M and 6/9M size (6/12M in Gymboree and Old Navy). Developmentally, ME is changing by leaps and bounds. She's had her first taste of baby cereal and will be moving into real food soon. She's stopped spitting up quite so much, which is a huge relief to Kurt and me. She can sit up by herself, though she can't get there on her own yet, and she can hold herself up on her arms when she's on her tummy very well. Now she's trying to get up on her hands and knees, and has even started rocking while in that position -- which is Step 1 to learning to crawl. ME is also big into being entertained. She's no longer the baby that will sleep all day. She wants to do something, and she wants it to be fun. Her Exersaucer comes in handy, and having a big sister like Grace who is awesome at playing with her really, really helps. It's also great because there is always a toy around that I can hand to ME to calm her down if she's being fussy. She also loves to laugh and giggle, especially when tossed into the air or tickled under her chin. She's such a happy baby. car seat 2 Second Britax roundabout convertable car seat.
