Gold Gym New Member Kit
In the past month, my gym, 24 Hour Fitness, has changed names, dropped the affiliation, changed locations, and lost many group exercise teachers. With that, it was only matter of time that I would switch gyms! So today after work, I drove to Golds Gym and signed up for a membership. I am now paying more - $34/month, but I would rather do that than live with crappy instructors, a terrible sound system, and awful ventilation. Just look at the group exercise schedule -- its packed with good classes including spinning! The last time i did a cycle class was in college which is now 3 years behind me. I am way excited to climb those fake hills, listen to the pumping music, and no doubt sweat buckets in that class.
