Bagging up Delicious. After the meat cools down, the next morning we can grind it up and end up with 3 big pans to weigh out into freezer bags to go into the freezer until it is used. We keep Kathy busy marking the dates on the bags and putting it away and also the cleanup. March 4th: Is that the back of the freezer? It took three of us to clan out the freezer; one person to hold the garbage bag, one person to empty the freezer and one person to document this once in a lifetime event.
