Unmarked grave - Della Freeman's sister - Ault Cemetery
This unmarked grave -- one of several at the Ault Family Cemetery -- lies next to the two earliest known burial sites, those of Corporal Rial Freeman and Tressa Ault Freeman. The grave is noted on Bud Ault's handwritten 1955 map as "Della's Sister." Della was Adella Freeman, younger sister of Mahlon Freeman (foreground); Adella, this child, and Mahlon were children of Tressa Ault Freeman and Jacob Freeman. Adella was born in 1879 and brother Mahlon was born 1885 so we might guess that the sister was born near 1882.
