Nintendo 3DS: a short battery life time is end
Nintendo have announced today that the laptop battery times for the Nintendo 3DS when utilising the 3D functionality will be between 3 and 5 hours thats not even enough to get us to Durban by car which is more than a little worrying.
As of March 2011, Nintendo's stand-awaited handheld 3DS in the West on the shelves of retailers. In the past weeks and months already many features of the 3D-enabled handheld have been reported. Only the Apple battery time, the Japanese far from silent. Here, Nintendo has now provided for clarity. As part of the Nintendo World 2011 it was announced that the batteries will endure the 3DS while playing 3D games between 3 and 5 hours.

When it comes to gaming without the 3D effects the news isnt much better with it then being able to handle a mere 5-8 hours which is worse than the current DS console. Obviously the better graphics are entirely to blame for this (that and built in WiFi) but I did expect more than 5 hours of gaming time per charge.
