Craig's List Studio Setup
I'm selling some things on Craig's List and wanted to have really quality shots to go along with them. All 12 items I listed yesterday were shot the same way, the lights never moved nor was the power on them changed.
Smaller items went on the foam core sitting on the stool, larger items (like a set of speakers) went directly on the floor, on the seamless.
Lights were placed left and right, power output was balanced as best I could manage to eliminate shadows and give that "floating in air" look.
No light tent, not even for the smaller items, just the two flashes.
Camera right is a Canon 430EX into an umbrella at 1/32 power, camera left is a Sunpack 383 into an umbrella at 1/32 power.
What is it?
I would really like some help in identifying this item. I've googled every angle I can think of and have found no match for this. Placed image in a group about identifying mystery items,, no results. So, now I'm thinking a fishing group..
My first thought is it's a fishing float but, the yellow (arms?) are movable and there is a barrel shaped piece inside that moves with the arms. A piece of monofiliment is still attached. If not a float then some sort of water based toy? Found on basement floor of old rehab house along with a variety of 1950's toys.
