Cookie Love Sweetest biscuit ever -- not only is it chocolate chippie, it is also a heart and sits perfectly on the rim of the mug! Yum! I used my (not so secret) recipe to make them: Cream 250g of butter, 100g sugar and 190g condensed milk together until light and fluffy. Add 350g of flour and 4 teaspoons of baking power and mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Then roll the dough into little balls and flatten (I use my fingers, bugger flattening them with a fork). Bake for a while - until golden brown - at 180degC. When you pull them outta the oven they will be quite soft, that's when I attacked them with my cookie cutter to make the cup hearts. So yummy! Peanut Butter Cookies Peanut Butter Cookies 1/2 c vegetable shortening (I use butter flavor) 1/2 c butter 1 c brown sugar 1 c peanut butter 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp vanilla 3 c flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt directions: 1 Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly grease baking sheets. 2 Cream shortening, butter, sugar and brown sugar in a mixer bowl. Add peanut butter and beat well. Gradually mix in eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt until well combined. 3 Shape dough into balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Press flat with fork. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 dozen.
