I made all the furniture in the room myself. I put together the desk, the bed and a bookshelf out of the frame to the right all with scrap wood I found on the FOB and nails that my brother sent me.

On the left you see a young man in 1945 and on the right you see the same man in 2010. That’s an impressive 65 year difference!
