Living room changes





This week, a team from NY arrived and brought some sewing machines with them. That meant that I could work on my curtains by turning them sideways and making new seams at the top. Now they're no longer a foot too short. YEAH!

I still need more curtain hooks for the curtain by my living room, but I'll get that in April. I'll also get some scatter pillows for the chairs someday.

Having some other talented ladies in the area to help with ideas as to how to reorganize my furniture, I moved things around this afternoon and like the new arrangement far better!

I had the ladies' prayer group over this afternoon and it was a blessing using my home for ministry.

mission style actually fits well in my Victorian home; it's from the same historic era, just different parts of the world. I grew up along the El Camino Real in California so it brings a bit of home up North.
