Hail, Baby Caesar This is Baby Caesar, inspired by my son's very bald head and pokey ears. His head and ears were just crying out to wear a laurel wreath. I made the tunic from a homemade pattern and used white cotton. The drape is simply purple broadcloth with finished edges and a gold ribbon trim. The laurel wreath is craft wire covered in gold ribbon with leaves cut off a clearance rack bouquet of fake flowers. He's ready to rule the Roman world. Baby shower cake Here is a cake I made for the baby shower for my boss. Super simple! I baked the 'boobs' in the wilton sports ball pans and the 'belly' in a large oven safe bowl. No carving necessary! Draped it in white fondant and used the food color spray to paint it pink and used vanilla icing tinted black to to the detail work! Super simple for such a great effect!
