Sometimes I wonder if there's just too much technology...how the heck would we have figured out this whole breastfeeding thing without nipple shields, SNS, syringes, LatchAssists, BPAFree Tempo bottles, burping cloths, Similac Advance with EarlyShield, and electric portable breast pumps?
