Ludi kanadski band iz Ontaria. U bandu su: Deryck "Bizzy D" Whibley(vokal i gitara), Dave "Brown Sound" Baksh(vokal i gitara), Steve "Stevo 32" Jocz(bubnjevi) i Jason "Cone" McCaslin(bas). Band je nastao 1996. dok su oni isli u 3. razred srednje skole. Band je dobio ime Sum 41 po tome sto je nastao 41 dan prije ljetnih praznika. Band cesto novinarima i drugima kazhe: "We are not rockstars. Mick Jagger is a rockstar"(mi nismo rock zvijezde. mick jagger je rock zvijezda). Izdali su dosada 4 albuma: "Half Hour of Power", "All Killer No Filler", "Does this look infected?" i "Chuck". I oko 66 pjesama.
