State Capital. Denver, Colorado. Kevin and I got stopped by a state trooper while I was making images of the building. We both had to sit down on the street while our names were bumped up against the terrorist watch list. Who knew downtown Denver could be so exciting at midnight! I'm not sure why the one corner light was off.
