The DARE program is a series of lessons conducted to grade school pupils, The program is a collaborative effort by DARE law-enforcement officers, educators, students, parents, and community to offer an educational program in the classroom to prevent or reduce drug-abuse and violence among children and the youth. It helps students recognize and resist the many direct and subtle pressures that influence them to experiment in alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, inhalants, or any other drugs, or to engage in violence.

Why is Photoscape (which development has obviously ceased since the version 3.5) the only program for Windows or any other computer operating system for what I know that has proper easy to use bundled antique texturizing and lo-fi Holga/Lomo style effects? I've made some of my own antique textures for it, but creating them is quite time consuming and not very convenient with Photoshop. And no, I'm not going to go iPhone, but I do miss the photo effects of the apps. I've tried Pixlr-o-matic, but I didn't like the awkward user experience and the "Camera Bag" was just as lame. If you know any stand alone Windows programs or Photoshop plug-ins that are easy to use and effective in producing antique and lo-fi Lomo/Holga style photo effects, just let me know..
