Swept Under the Rug
Note the faint image of someone's hand and body under the rug in this painting on the wall in the Painted Hall.
The joke is that it's the body of a Queen's lover, which the King had killed and "swept under the rug". Whether or not this was intentionally depicted by the artist is anyone's guess.
