Our bathroom is fun for two
Rachel was looking cute and getting dressed in the bathroom. I appeared with a fiftymil and two glasses of pinot noir. Apparently this was just the right ticket to be allowed to stay. Thanks baby ;-)
Surprisingly the bathroom turned out to be a faffing cool place to shoot. There's a bunch of ceiling lights, wall lights, and a brazillion polished white surfaces. Basically, light bouncing all over the show. Its got me thinking about experimenting with some strobist action in there - maybe with the bath too. But apparently this might take more than a glass of red. Moet...?
So the fitfymil is my hero. Besides I'm too fracking Mr Parkinson to hold the 80-200. Or maybe I'm low on caffeine, or maybe its just sleep, or maybe I'm just useless. *sigh*
(could never hit anything paint balling either... its possibly interconnected, but i digress)
Might settle for stealing a 85mm f1.8
Nikkor 50mm I D90 I Twin roof lights, Side light, Mirror light, bright white wall light, with a bit of shiney bath/toilet reflected light for fill I PP Lightroom FTW.
what i really want is an actual vanity table. but this will do for now i suppose. i use my grandmother's vintage sewing table as a table, and a hand-me-down chair from bryan's dad. the mirror is lighted. don't know how i ever lived without that til a year ago.
