GARAND AIRSOFT RIFLE - AIRSOFT RIFLE

GARAND AIRSOFT RIFLE - AIRSOFT SNIPER SILENCERS - JG M16A4 AIRSOFT GUN.

Garand Airsoft Rifle

garand airsoft rifle

    airsoft
  • A modern combat sport in which participants eliminate their opponents by hitting them with spherical non-metallic pellets launched from a compressed-air gun

  • Airsoft is primarily a recreational activity with replica firearms that shoot plastic BBs that are often used for personal collection, gaming (similar to paintball), or professional training purposes (military simulations, a.k.a. MilSim, and police training exercises).

  • Airsoft refers to a class of replica air powered guns that originated from Japan (although the origins go back to the US in the 70s). The power levels are way below those of traditional airguns, but the guns are 1:1 scale copies of original pistols, rather than original designs.

    garand
  • Garand rifle: a semiautomatic rifle

  • The M1 Garand (officially the United States Rifle, Caliber .30, M1) was the first semi-automatic rifle to be generally issued to the infantry of any nation. Called "The Greatest Battle Implement Ever Devised" by General George S.

  • is an important collection of Mir Gul Khan Nasir’s poems.

    rifle
  • A gun, esp. one fired from shoulder level, having a long spirally grooved barrel intended to make a bullet spin and thereby have greater accuracy over a long distance

  • plunder: steal goods; take as spoils; "During the earthquake people looted the stores that were deserted by their owners"

  • go through in search of something; search through someone's belongings in an unauthorized way; "Who rifled through my desk drawers?"

  • Troops armed with rifles

  • a shoulder firearm with a long barrel and a rifled bore; "he lifted the rifle to his shoulder and fired"

Which should I choose?

Which should I choose?

I don't know which one I want. They're both around the same price ($270-$290) and they're both really awsome. I'll say the pro's and cons of each.

BARRETT .50 CAL AIRSOFT

Cons:

1. No optics.
2. Not sure if it has a carry handle.
3. Heavy (16 pounds).
4. It's going to suck heaving it around.
5. Orange tip is HUGE.

Counteracts for the cons:

1. I know where to get optics for really cheap prices.
2. I like how it looks without the carry handle.
3. / 4. I STRONG LIKE BULL.
5. I have Sharpie/Spray paint at home.

Pros:

1. It's got 450 FPS and effective range is 200-220 feet.
2. It probably won't get me ridiculed for wasting money.
3. 180 Rounds of Semi-Automatic goodness.
4. The damage my gun will do (Barrett .50) will be realistic compared compared to they're little 9mm spring pistol, if ya know what I mean.
^ JK
5. I'll friggin own in a backyard airsoft war.
6. Bragging rights.
7. Comes with a bipod (thankfully).
8. Full metal awesomeness.
9. Sling mounts.
10. I can use it for movie-making and airsoft.
11. It's a full size, accurate, all-metal airsoft Barrett .50 cal M82 .50 cal Sniper Rifle. 'Nuff said.

REPLICA M1 GARAND

Cons:

1. Can't accept real clips.
2. Woodwork is a little too light.
3. Parts cannot be exchanged with real parts.
4. Requires new WWII gear.
5. Will probably get me ridiculed for wasting money.
6. $10 more expensive then the Barrett, and I can probably get some good BBs, knee pads, scope rings, props, etc. with that money.

Pros:

1. 30-06! :D
2. I can use it for reenactments and moviemaking.
3. Full wood and metal.
4. Bayonet lug, unlike most other similarly-priced M1 Garand Replicas.
5. Lighter then my Thompson. o_O
6. A display item, because it looks vintage.
5. It's sold by International Military Antiques (IMA) , which is a very trustworthy company.
7. It doesn't have a huge Orange Top... XD
8. It's got that WWII feel to it.
9. It's probably the best M1 Garand Replica in it's price category.
10. Completes my Battle of the Bulge gear (I can't just use the same load out!)
