COOL MAX T SHIRTS - COOL MAX
Cool Max T Shirts
Wolf After seeing the bears and wolves, we finally headed north out of town on Hwy 191 around 11:15. Very pretty ride though the Gallatin Park along the river. A lot of fly fisherman on this river. We stopped at Belgrade, where we got on I-90 headed west. Of course, it was already in the 90's, so we had more hot riding to do. I'm so used to switchbacking slow roads, that it feels weird to be riding at freeway speeds--it feels so fast. We got to Missoula, and there was enough day left that we decided to ride further. We should have stopped, because by now it was 100 degrees again and not long after Missoula I started to feel overheated again. We made it St. Regis, and even though it was only 120 miles to get home, I just couldn't do any more, so we stopped and checked into the Super 8. I'm going to have to get a little smarter about knowing my limits in high temps like this. It's been nice the last couple of evenings not having to rinse out our clothing at night because we have enough to get home without doing laundry any more. It worked out well taking three pairs of LD comfort shorts and rinsing them out at night as well as our cool max shirts. If things didn't dry overnight, we put them in mesh bags and strapped them on our luggage to dry as we rode. That works out great unless you forget to take them off when a rainstorm hits. Don't ask how we know this.
