Maximum absorbency for dryness all night

Soak organic pumpkin seeds (I only use safe homegrown seeds) in water (with sea salt) for atleast 7 hours or overnight. Then drain and spread out to dry (no higher than 150 degrees if you use an oven, for approx 12 hours or once again overnight until crisp). One can also do this via the Aztec method... drying outside in the hot sun turning until crisp/dry. That's where ours are right now (out in the sunshine) : )

Gout can cause excruciating pains and swelling. Best treatment is 2 teaspoons of Black Cherry concentrate Juice with one tea spoon of natural Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with glass full of water first thing in the morning every day until healed.
